The record, as part of what you receive
On any of our services, the evidence can be part of the deliverable rather than an internal artefact: the named reviewer and their recorded qualifications, the error typology applied, the severity and disposition of each item, the version reviewed, and the date it was reviewed.
In regulated content that record is frequently the part your own client is buying. An instruction for use that was checked is worth less to an auditor than an instruction for use that was checked, by someone qualified, in a way that can be shown.
Named deliverables
Certificates of accuracy. Instructions-for-use and labelling verification. In-country review management and reviewer briefing. Version-level audit trail on reviewed files.
What we do not yet have
We hold no ISO certification. ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 are in progress, and we intend to certify against the revised ISO 18587 rather than the current one. ISO/IEC 42001, the AI management standard, is under evaluation.
We would rather tell you where we are than imply a certificate we do not hold — and what we can give you today is the record itself, in a form an auditor can read.
